Guidelines for Preparing your Poster
Posters should be 1.18 m high and 0.84 m wide (Format A0, Portrait). Abstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped by topic, as numbered and listed in the Final Program. The poster boards will be numbered according to the program. Poster mounting should be completed on Wednesday before the first coffee break (10:25 am), and posters shall be on display until the coffee break on Friday (11:40 am). We will provide mounting material.
Authors are requested to be available to present their poster during the official poster session hours. Posters with uneven numbers are displayed on Wednesday, September 20, from 14.30 – 16.00 h; posters with even numbers are displayed on Thursday, September 21, from 14.30 – 16.00 h.
Guidelines for Preparing your Talks
The conference lecture halls will be equipped with a video beamer supporting a resolution of 1920 x 1200.
A computer for Powerpoint- or PDF-presentations will be provided. It is not possible to use your own laptop to avoid technical problems! The provided computer runs Windows 10 and Office 2016. If you need special software for your presentation (Video Player, etc), please inquire beforehand whether this can be provided.
Speakers are requested to hand in their presentations at the slide center the day before their session. A computer with the same software version as the presentation computer will be available to check your presentation.
